Basic rules of accommodation


1. General Provisions

1.1 Hotel Policies "Rose of the Winds" is designed in accordance with the Government Resolution of 25.04.1997 № 490 "On Approval of the Russian Federation, the rules of hotel services" law of the Russian Federation "On Protection of Consumer Rights", the current legislation, and adjusts relations in the field of hotel services.

1.2 Basic concepts:

"Artist" - the administration of the hotel "Rose of the Winds."

"Hotel" - Hotel "Windrose".

"Guest" - citizen staying or who intends to take advantage of the hotel's services.

1.3 The hotel is designed for the temporary accommodation of the Guest for a period not exceeding one month, regardless of the place of registration of permanent residence. Accommodation of more than one month is only possible with the permission of the Contractor.

2. Booking Procedure

2.2 When booking, be paid a guaranteed advance payment of the cost of one night stay, according to the invoice issued by the Executor cash or non-cash payment. The remaining amount is paid upon arrival in cash on delivery or credit card.

2.3 If the Guest with guaranteed reservations are not taken advantage of the service policies for the specified day of arrival and has not canceled your reservation at least seven days before the expected arrival date, the advance payment in the amount of one night stay retained as a penalty. 3. The procedure for registration of residence and payment services

3.6 Payment for accommodation will be charged in accordance with the uniform checkout time.

With guaranteed and non-guaranteed reservations checkout time is always 12:00, and will be charged at a rate of 100% of the room per night, which ensures the availability of the guest rooms from 12:00 of the current day to 12:00 the next day at any time of arrival.

If you arrive without prior reservation, payment in hotel accommodation services in the following order:

- From 12:00 to 24:00, guests will be charged at the rate of the day, check-in time - 12:00 the following day.

- From 24:00 to 06:00 are charged in the amount of days, check-in time - 12:00 of the current day;

- From 06:00 to 12:00 are charged in the amount of days, check-in time - 12:00 the following day.

3.7 Time to settlement - 14:00. At check-in guests without prior reservations before the specified time, the hotel provides the Guest with the settlement, subject to availability.

3.8 In case of delayed departure guests after check-out time of 6 hours will be charged for half a day.

When you exit a delay of more than 6 hours after checkout time payment is made both for a full day.

For stays of more than one day (24 hours) will be charged per day regardless of check-out time.

3.9 In case you need to extend your stay or to leave earlier, guests are required to inform the Administrator of the Reception at least one day. Return of funds is carried out at the request of the guest, after consideration of the Contractor in cash, bank transfer or bank card. Extending residence without prior notice, after check-out time only, subject to availability. When extending the stay in the hotel guests pay 100% cost of living for an extended period.

3.10 Placement in the room a third person up to 4 years without a seat - for free, breakfast is included. Accommodation in the room a third person older than 4 years paid extra - 1400 rubles a knock, and includes breakfast.

4. Information about the services

4.1 The price includes: buffet breakfast, use of the outdoor heated pool on site, a gym, table tennis, parking, Wi-Fi internet throughout the hotel.

4.2 Additional services are paid for separately, according to prices Contractor.

5. Duties, responsibilities and the rights of performers

5.1 Logistics Hotel, the list and the quality of services correspond to category 3 * (St-in number 550 007 153 from 17.06.2016).

5.2 Artist at registration of residence in the Hotel is obliged to inform the guests about the right of residence in the hotel, which is the basic and additional services, the form and order of their payment.

5.3 Bed linen is changed every three days. The towels are changed daily. Deposit small items of service performed with use.

5.5 It is the responsibility of the Contractor is to ensure guests the following types of free services: Emergency call, use first aid kit; correspondence delivery to the room of receipt; provision of boiling water; needles, thread; one set of dishes and cutlery for each guest; wake-up call.

5.6 In case of forgotten things Artist takes measures for their conservation (except food) and returned to the owner. If the owner can not be found, forgotten things at the end of 6 months, they are awarded to the finder.

5.7 The hotel is released from liability for the loss of money, other currency values, securities, precious things guests, provided that they have been placed guests to grant him the mini-safe, which is in the room (Civil Code Art. 925).

5.8 The Contractor has the right to refuse guests in the future hotel accommodation in case of violation of this Order.

5.9 The hotel reserves the right to compensation for damage caused by the Guest in connection with the loss of or damage to property of the Hotel.

5.10 The administration reserves the right to visit the room without approval of the guests in the event of smoke, fire, zatopleniya.yu as well as in case of violation of the order of guest accommodations, public order, the order of use of household appliances.

6. Rights and Obligations of the Guest

6.1 The guest is obliged to:

- Be clean;

- To keep quiet in the room and after 23:00;

- Strictly observe the rules of fire safety;

- When leaving the room to close the intake valves, windows, turn off the lights and other electrical appliances, close the room;

- To pay damages in case of loss or damage to the property of the Hotel in accordance with applicable law;

- After the expiration of the paid period of residence - free number.

6.2 Guest acknowledges and does not object to the fact of the use of the premises of the hotel (except the rooms and bathrooms), video surveillance systems.

6.3 When leaving the hotel, guests are required to make full payment for the provision of basic and additional services, pass number and room key in the reception.

6.4 Unauthorized persons may be in your room until 23:00. In case of delay of such persons in the room after a set time, guests must notify the administrator reception and accommodation of such persons to register.

6.5 The hotel does not

- Bring and keep non liquid materials and objects which are dangerous to life and health of residents;

- Leave in the room of strangers and to transfer them to your room key in his absence;

- Staying with pets without the consent of the Administration of the Hotel;

- Use of heating devices, except for devices installed in the room;

- Rearrange and move furniture without the consent of the Administration of the Hotel;

6.6 It is forbidden to smoke in the Hotel in accordance with the Federal Law of 23.02.2013g. № 15-FZ "On protection of citizens' health from exposure to environmental tobacco and consequences of tobacco consumption." Smoking is permitted only in designated areas outdoors. In case of violation of this paragraph will be charged according to the price list.
